My Journey

Hello! I’m Kiara Palmer, the founder of KPF Coaching, and I’m so glad you’re here. My fitness journey, like many others, started with dissatisfaction. I wasn’t satisfied with what I was seeing in the mirror daily and I knew I wanted to make a change. The path toward that change came with several ups and downs. I had no guidance and wasn’t able to see the results I desired. It wasn’t until I invested in a structured program that I saw real change.  

In the years since, I've committed myself to growing my knowledge in the area of health and fitness so that I could not only continue to grow individually but do for others what that program did for me. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and my goal is to empower women to become the strongest version of themselves by building confidence through movement, developing sustainable habits, and creating a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
